Stacey Holland
Stacey Holland is a Principal with Boyden Global Executive Search. Over the last sixty years, the firm has grown to a global presence with over seventy offices in forty countries. Stacey is responsible for driving the performance of the firm in delivering excellence in search execution as defined by clients, candidates and professional ethics. Stacey offers her current search clients eighteen years of executive search experience having successfully completed more than 220 assignments at the executive level across diverse industries and disciplines. Multinational manufacturing organizations and financial institutions are her primary focus.
Stacey recently completed her service as a member of the six-person Global Quality Council of Boyden. She now serves Boyden in creating training programs for Boyden Associates including supporting the Company’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
Stacey joined Boyden in 2000 after seven years with another executive search firm where she provided executive search services and met other client needs including acquisition search and competitive intelligence studies.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Stacey serves as Secretary for her church’s board and volunteers for several Pittsburgh-based not-for-profit organizations including The Ellis School and the Pittsburgh Technology Council. .Stacey received her M.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and has a B.S. from Michigan State University’s Honor’s college. In 2011, Stacey graduated from Leadership Pittsburgh, a nine-month program training established leaders in the Pittsburgh area to take a greater part in public affairs.
