Artist Shows Musical And Cultural Harmony

Vahe Tilbian crosses many borders with his music. (Provided)
ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia – Vahe Tilbian is an Ethiopian-Armenian singer with a style that spans many cultures.
He is of Armenian origin, but his family moved to Ethiopia many years ago.
He does music in Amharic, English, and Armenian. I first found out about Tilbian when I heard his show on 105.3N Afro FM, a popular English radio station in Addis Ababa.
I then got to know more about him on Facebook, and soon I got hooked on his music, especially “Ewnetun Nigerign” an Amharic language cover of Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me.”
I think people should listen to Tilbian’s music because he has a unique style. His cultural diversity – which clearly shows in his music – makes it easier to
harmonize and move as one with his unique and original music.
The beauty and harmony of Vahe’s voice makes you love the song regardless of your knowledge of Armenian or Amharic.
