Helsingborg, SWEDEN – Today was graduation day for high school students in Sweden.
In Helsingborg, this is marked with a big celebration where the students run down Terrasstrapporna, a monumental staircase past a statue of Magnus Stenbock and on down the road and to their party trucks.
They then celebrate and dance on the party trucks while parading around the surrounding area.
Parties are then held at individual students’ homes and graduates go clubbing in the evening. Everyone was in great spirits and the festivities ran very smoothly.
