CHENNAI,
India – The city of Chennai is getting pounded with torrential rain.


For the
past 40 hours, there’s been a steady downpour. 
The power has been out since
early Tuesday, about 36 hours at this writing, and streets are flooded.
People
are saying it is the worst rain ever and there is no sign of a break in the
clouds.
