Mansoura, EGYPT – Since American President Donald Trump has moved to the White House last month, he’s rained a ton of statements and orders.
Unfortunately most of them are really chaotic.
Trump’s talk about the current situation in the Middle East, especially Gaza, have made it clear the we are not dealing with a normal person who just wants peace. In fact, we are dealing with someone who is really unstable.
By suggesting that the United States would take possession of Gaza, Trump made it very clear that he wants to commit the international crime of forced displacement.
His idea of relocating the Palestinians from their own land in Gaza to both Egypt and Jordan made me think, what does this guy want to do in Gaza?
The answer is easy – he wants it to be American property.
Although his idea was completely rejected from the Egyptian, Jordanian and Palestinian sides Trump has figured out another way to put pressure on those countries so they accept his ambitious criminal plan – tie it to the U.S. aid offered to both Egypt and Jordan as a part of a peace agreement with Israel.
The Egyptian government said that it will never accept Trump’s plan and that the only solution it will work on or even discuss will be rebuilding Gaza while the Palestinians are there.

With continuous stress from the American government on the Arab countries, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saw his opportunity to give us his crazy solution. This time the displacement wasn’t to Egypt or Jordan but to Saudi Arabia.
Of course the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia rejected all of these statements and said that it will never recognize the state of Israel unless there is a two-state solution.
Trump’s idea of taking over Gaza and converting it into the “Rivera of the Middle East” didn’t really differ from Netanyahu’s.
In the Middle East, people are convinced that America and Israel are above international law, meaning that they can do whatever they want without any punishment. I can’t blame them as we have seen America threating judges on the International Court of Justice with sanctions if they found that the Israeli government is guilty of crimes.
We have a funny thing that people are saying in Egypt: that the law that was supposed to protect international justice is being punished.
Gaza and the Middle East weren’t the only places that suffered from Trump’s colonial dreams. Canada, Denmark’s Greenland, Mexico and Panama have all faced his stupid statements, too.
Since his second presidential term started Jan. 20, Trump had been talking about making Canada the 51st American state. The Canadian government has denied any intention to be part of America and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said it won’t happen.
But Trump has threatened to put a 25% tax on all the Canadian products in the American market as a way to put pressure on Canada to bend to his will.
The world was never a safe place for everyone, but now we are watching a world with no justice where all colonists are watching Trump’s statements, waiting for their chance to show up and present their own colonial project.
I’m sure the upcoming days are hiding a lot of surprises for us – mostly bad ones – so we need to stay notified as to what Trump and his allies will do next.
